My husband and I started at ST in September of 2024. We found ourselves unhealthy and very out of shape and unable to do the things we loved (ski, hike, fish, hunt) without being miserable. My husband came across a posting for the gym on Facebook and wanted to start going to ST. Memberships at Sierra Tango Fitness are custom-built based on your goals, training needs, and preferred level of coaching. Programs may include private training, group training, nutrition coaching, accountability systems, open gym, and specialty sessions.
During your intro session, we design your transformation plan and walk you through pricing options that match your goals.

Do I Have To Have Experience To Workout At Sierra Tango Fitness?

Not at all. Our programs are designed for beginners, advanced athletes, and everyone in between. Every workout is coach-led, form-focused, and scaled to your current level.

Do I Have To Commit To A Long-Term Membership?

No. Your membership timeline is built around you and your goals. We don’t lock people into generic 12–24 month contracts. We build programs that respect your journey, your timeline, and your success.
